- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The customer service is seriously lacking. Carolyn who answered the phone was very rude and full of excuses. I wish we had a choice of where our mail was sent through. Also the carriers are negligent and careless with packages (rubberbanding to mailboxes, leaving on the ROAD! This was done more than once and so often they ended up breaking both the flag and latch off of my mailbox!)By Katie Tomblin, February 14, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I'd give it a zero if possible. I've lived here 2 years and have had nothing but problems from this office. We've had multiple instances where they forgot to put packages in the carrier the day it is supposed to be delivered. Just last week they delivered a certified signature package to the wrong house. Their response was basically "nothing we can do." We've received other people's mail. The worst part is the rude and incompetent staff. It's one thing to make mistakes, it's another to either act like it's no big deal and not own it. Delivering my mail to other people is a BIG deal. I wish I had a choice in the matter of choosing a postal delivery service when ordering things online. We have 2 regular carriers. One is great with no complaints, but the other needs to find another profession.By Justin Eaton, January 22, 2017
